Amy Winehouse has pleaded not guilty to assault in a London court. Amy was accused of attacking a photo-seeking fan at a charity ball in Berkeley Square, London, on 26 September last year. Amy voluntarily attended a police station on 6 March for questioning about the incident and was charged with assault. "She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley Ball last year," her spokesman said at the time. "She was charged with common assault and will attend a court hearing in the coming weeks." Winehouse recently returned to Britain following a two-month break in St Lucia.
