Terms and conditions
1. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over.
2. The competition is not open to employees or agencies of lastminute.com, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors to lastminute.com, or anyone else connected to the survey.
3. Entry into the competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter the competition you must answer the question specified in the copy. If you have any questions about how to enter, please email us at lastminute@77pr.co.uk with “lastminute Top Secret Hotel competition” in the subject line. Do not email us to enter, only email if you have difficulties using the online entry form above.
5. Top Secret Hotel, West End show of choice and evening meal bookings are all subject to availability.
6. One winner will be chosen to receive a one night stay at a lastminute.com Top Secret Hotel in London, a pair of West End theatre tickets, with an evening meal for two and £100 towards travel arrangements.
7. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
8. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
9. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
10. Entries close at 00.05 on 29 July 2011. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
11. Winners will be drawn at random after the closing date. Winners will be notified by email within 21 days of the closing date.
12. No purchase is necessary.
13. lastminute.com reserves the right to publish the results of the survey, the prize draw winners and to release them to the media.
14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of lastminute.com for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
15. lastminute.com accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of taking part in the competition. lastminute.com further disclaims liability relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the survey.
16. lastminute.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
