What's the story?
Fancy a little video camera that you can keep in your bag and have handy for shooting video blogs wherever you are? Well, this ridiculously easy to use camera will do exactly that. With just three buttons there is not much that can go wrong, but oh my, it certainly does try.
What's it good for?
Erm, well it's good for pulling out of your handbag on nights out, but then my mobile phone does that as well, and better. You can only look at the last video you recorded, which means it's good for taking personal video blogs and those bedroom vids' with your boyfriend you don't want your mum to see. It does benefit from being so simple to use that even your great grandma, who still thinks the telephone is a pretty neat invention, could be setting up shots like she is the next Leni Riefenstahl, but there's not much else to shout about.
What's not to like?
Despite being extremely light it's not small, and with all the other bits and bobs you keep in your handbag there might not be enough space for this gadget. The fact that you can only watch the last video you shot is, quite frankly, irritating. Also, the video quality is worse than most mobile phones and digital cameras, making it a bit of a waste of time and effort - as I know which I'd rather take out with me.
Verdict
At £40 it's not going to burn a huge hole in your pocket, but you might be better putting the money towards your digital camera budget or upgrading your phone.
