To make a Polish Chai you will need:
A Chai tea bag
50ml Polish vodka
A cinnamon stick
A teaspoon of organic
acacia honey
Cinnamon powder
Make a strong Chai infusion (using hot water) and stir in a teaspoon of organic acacia honey and a shot of good, strong Polish vodka. Once the mixture has cooled a little, pour into a martini glass and add ice, a dash of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick to decorate.
