Katie started her glamour modelling career in 1996 and became a regular topless Page 3 girl in The Sun. She was later quoted as saying, "Some people may be famous for creating a pencil sharpener. I\'m famous for my tits," proving that she isn\'t ever going to be a spokeswoman for radical feminism. It was while she was being photographed for Page 3 that Katie decided to change her name. Someone on the shoot advised her that it wasn\'t a good idea to use her real name and suggested Jordan would be a good alternative. We can\'t actually think of anyone who is famous creating a pencil sharpener, by the way.

Peter was obviously smitten with the model the moment he met her, but Katie rejected his advances at first. Katie Price knows how to make money. She\'s been the subject of nine reality TV shows spotlighting her career and family life, and she and Peter Andre currently host a chat show on ITV3, Katie And Peter: Unleashed. She launched her perfume Stunning in August last year and has a lingerie range at Asda. She has published three volumes of her autobiography - Being Jordan, A Whole New World, and Pushed To The Limit, which was released last month, and has also published two novels and a series of children\'s books about horses. All her books were ghost written. She is one of the UK\'s richest women, reported to be worth over £30million.

Jordan decided to have surgery to increase the size of her breasts to size E because she felt "flat-chested" as a size B compared to other models on the glamour circuit. Ironically the surgery ended her career as a Page 3 model, as the Sun had recently made a decision to only feature models with ‘natural beauty\'. In an unwise move, Katie sacked her nanny, Becky Gauld, while being filmed for one of her reality shows, ITV2\'s The Baby Diaries. The cameras caught Katie stuffing the nanny\'s clothes into bin bags. Becky retaliated by suing the couple and making claims about Katie\'s lack of parenting skills. According to the nanny, Jordan is a "self-obsessed prima donna" who puts her needs before her children\'s. She also accused Katie of feeding her overweight, disabled son Harvey an unhealthy diet. Jordan breast surgery goes wrong
Katie recently had a breast reduction which she claims went wrong. "They hang too low when I\'m standing up, and it\'s really bad when I\'m lying down. There\'s about a four-inch gap between them," she says. In total, Katie has had four breast operations, a nose job and vaneers added on her teeth. She also had surgery in 2002 when she had a rare form of malignant tumour removed from her finger. She\'s now advising women to stay away from plastic surgery.

ordan releases third installment of her autobiography
Never one to miss a celebrity bandwagon, Katie said while promoting the third installment of her autobiography that she wanted to adopt a Bulgarian baby, after seeing a documentary on Bulgarian orphanages. The book revealed that Katie
considered suicide and took drugs when she was suffering for post-natal depression following the birth of her third child. That\'s probably something she shouldn\'t shout from the roof tops if she’s hoping to adopt.
