The handbag.com and BINTM Live ‘Search for a Style Blogger’ Competition
Handbag.com in association with Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live launched a nationwide search for a budding style blogger with a passion for all things style, beauty and fashion. We had hundreds of entries of the highest calibre, and after much deliberation we are pleased to announce who made the final cut.
The final five were shortlisted by our panel of expert judges, Emily Searles, style blogger of Fashionbite.co.uk, Suzy Pallet, Show Manager of BINTM Live and our very own fashionista Rebecca Holman, editor of handbag.com.
It’s now your chance to vote for your favourite blogger! Entrants were required to submit a 200 word blog on the latest trends, how to wear them and a photo illustrating their own personal style. To complete the final challenge and to get your votes, the finalists have submitted a selection of images as part of a ‘style spotting exercise’, inspired by the trends and styles on their local high streets.
The lucky winner will join us here at Handbag Towers as a guest blogger, receive our top tips on how build their blog following and how to flourish as a writer. Emily Searles from Fashionbite.co.uk, one of the most influential bloggers in the UK will act as a mentor offering advice on how to make a real impact in the blogging industry.
The winner will also have the exciting responsibility of becoming the official backstage blogger at the Britain and Ireland’s Next Top Model Live event which takes place on October 28 – 30 at London’s ExCel.
As well as advice from top industry experts the winner will receive a selection of blogging gadgets including a brand new stylish Olympus PEN Mini 12.3 megapixel camera. The four runners up will also receive a pair of VIP tickets to the event.
