To make a Dark and Stormy you will need:
50ml x dark rum
10ml x lime juice
Ginger beer
Lime wedges
Pour the dark rum and lime juice over ice and into a tall glass. Top up with as much ginger beer as you would like and garnish with a lime wedge or two.
This October sees the launch of RumFest - Europe's first ever festival to celebrate the diversity of rum and its rapidly growing popularity.
Over two days, visitors to the festival will have their tastebuds tantalised on a whistle-stop tour of the world's most amazing rums and can discover the orgasmic delicacy of rum and chocolate. Also on offer will be a whole range of culinary delights, as well as live cookery demonstrations by a variety of top chefs.
Once you have visited all of the stands, you can chill out in the Dominoes and Daiquiri area and try one of the tropics' most relaxing pastimes. Live bands will also be playing some cool Caribbean beats to make this an altogether unique day out.
