Tyra Banks strikes Perez Hilton deal
America’s Next Top Model host Tyra Banks has made a deal with Perez Hilton to stop him writing about underage celebrities.
Tyra Banks has offered celebrity blogger Perez Hilton an appearance on America's Next Top Model if he promises to stop posting about underage stars. "Sometimes people that I'm writing about maybe take the things I say very seriously, but I don't," Perez - real name Mario Lavendaria - explained when talking about his blog. "I just look at it as entertainment." The pair finally came to an agreement during the season premiere of The Tyra Show "I feel like if you're a kid, especially the kid of a celebrity, they should not be put in the public in a way to make fun of," Tyra explained. "Can we do a deal? You cannot make any negative fun about somebody that is below 18 that is the child of a celebrity and I will do what you want." After a short negotiation Perez agreed to lay off celebrity kids for six months in return for an appearance on America's Next Top Model.
