Tom Cruise could be set revive his classic 80s role of hot shot pilot Maverick sources tell The Sun. Insiders say a script has been written for a Top Gun sequel but whether it will make it to the big screen relies on Tom Cruise himself accepting a part. “The idea is Maverick is at the Top Gun school as an instructor," the insider claims. "And this time it is he who has to deal with a cocky new female pilot.”
