Sean Penn files for divorce

Oscar winner Sean Penn has filed for filed for divorce from his wife Robin Wright Penn for the second time.

Sean Penn has filed for divorce from his wife of 13 years, actress Robin Wright Penn citing irreconcilable “differences”. The pair were married in 1996 and have two children together, 18-year-old Dylan Francis and 15-year-old Hopper Jack. It’s not the first time they’ve had marital problems however. “Penn, 48, initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed,” Us magazine reports. “Three days later, Wright Penn, 43, filed her own paper-work. But in April 2008, the couple’s divorce petition was dismissed at their request.” The pair reconciled four months later.
