Although she hasn't admitted to surgery, Ashlee Simpson's nose certainly started looking dramatically different in 2006. And the former ‘Chicago' stage star and singer has since been quoted as saying, ‘I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it should be for yourself, not for anyone else.'

Ashlee's big sister Jessica isn't quite so coy about confessing to her cosmetic enhancements.
