Mitch Winehouse: "I’m worried about Amy"

Mitch Winehouse is concerned daughter Amy will get back together with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

Amy Winehouse’s dad Mitch has said that he will be “devastated” if Amy decides to rekindle her relationship with her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil. In an interview with Closer magazine, Mitch confirmed the singer had taken steps to mend her relationship with Fielder-Civil in recent weeks. He told the magazine, “It’s a possibility that they could get back together permanently because she loves him, so what can I do? But I’d be devastated I’m worried about the situation and I’m going to discourage her in every way I can. “Their relationship was a disaster, it was destructive and they’re lucky that one of them didn’t die. Two addicts can’t be in a relationship.”

Last month Blake announced that he and Amy had started talked about “getting married again and starting a family.” The couple were granted a quickie divorce last year after being married for two years.
