Madonna's £50m divorce settlement
It has been confirmed that Guy Ritchie will be paid a £50million divorce settlement by ex-wife Madonna.
Madonna's official spokeswoman has confirmed the singer will pay Guy Ritchie between £50-£60million in settlement of their divorce. Liz Rosenberg, in a statement to the Associated Press, confirmed the couple's Wiltshire home is included in the amount and said, "I'd assume it's one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce." The Mirror has already confirmed it is in fact the biggest divorce payment ever made by a female celebrity and the third-biggest showbiz divorce settlement of all time. Rosenberg added that a final agreement on the custody of the couple's children had yet to be agreed.
