Pop star Madonna has been named the highest earning musician of the last year.
Madonna has been named the highest earning musician of the last year in a poll conducted by US financial magazine Forbes. Thanks to sales of her album Hard Candy and sold-out Sticky & Sweet tour Madonna made a staggering £73million in the last 12 months to take the top spot. And it was an all female top three with Celine Dion second having earned £66million and Beyoncé third with £58million.
