Welsh X Factor singer Lucie Jones has said that head judge Simon Cowell did not ‘get her' as an artist. Jones lost this week's public vote after landing in the bottom two with Irish twins John and Edward Grimes. "If he wanted me to stay, he would have saved me. I don't think it really mattered to him, because he said, 'I don't think either of you can win'. So he put it to the public, which is fine, whatever. That's cool," Lucie explained in an exclusive interview with Digital Spy. "It's just gutting to get up on stage after working really hard all week, throwing yourself into a performance, only to be torn down for it. It's just a bit annoying really. I just wanted him to get it. Even right at the end, I don't think he got me."
