Lindsay Lohan questioned over theft
Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is to be questioned by police in connection with £250,000 worth of missing jewellery.
Lindsay Lohan has said she's "happy to co-operate" with police who are trying to find out what happened to a £250,000 necklace and earrings that went missing from a photo shoot, Radar Online report. Dior lent the jewellery to Elle magazine for their 6 June cover shoot with Lindsay but two days later they were reported missing, the magazine has said it has no reason to believe the star was "in any way responsible" for their disappearance. "She shot her cover story and left," Lindsay's spokeswoman Leslie Sloane-Zelnik explained. "We haven't been contacted yet by anyone. Lindsay hopes they find the missing items." Police confirmed they are investigating a theft. "We had an allegation of theft made to us on 8 June and that is being investigated," a police spokesman said. "We want to speak to a number of people in connection with the inquiry."
