Insiders say the pair are house-hunting in Tossa Del Mar near Barcelona, the fishing village where Velencoso's family hail from, and are due to make an official announcement soon. "I'm happier with him than I have ever been before, you never know he could be the one," Kylie reportedly told friends at Cannes last week. "He is great, who knows what the future holds but hopefully things will work out." Meanwhile, it could be a double Minogue announcement. Rumours in Australia say sister Dannii has been proposed to by former rugby player turned model Kris Smith.
