Kim Cattrall has congratulated Sarah Jessica Parker and husband Matthew Broderick on the safe arrival of their twin daughters. Sex And The City star Sarah announced the birth of her daughters Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, delivered by way of a surrogate, yesterday. "I'm thrilled for Sarah, Matthew and James Wilkie," Kim told People magazine. "More fabulous girls are joining our Sex And The City family!"
