All that dancing kept John Travolta fit as a fiddle in Grease and Saturday Night Fever, but age and those Big Kahuna burgers have given him a little bit of a paunch. He could be doing far worse, though - he had to wear a fat-suit for his latest cross-dressing role as Edna Turnblad in Hairspray.
