Jude Law found himself in hot water after he lashed out at a female papparazo, only for the incident to be caught on camera. Doh! The actor’s open palm connected with the female photographer’s head as she tried to snap him leaving The Automat bar with pal Leonardo DiCaprio in the early hours of 23 July 2009. The 28 year-old woman said, “He hit me full on in the face, it was a really stinger, it was very sore.” Jude’s lawyer Graham Shear insisted the star accidentally hit the photographer after being “blinded by camera flashes.” Shear told Entertainmentwise, “This is all nonsense. Last night’s incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close.” Hmmm…the jury’s still out on this one.
