Gwyneth Paltrow slammed over fur

Iron Man star Gwyneth Paltrow has been criticised for wearing fox fur in new ad.

Animal rights groups have slammed Gwyneth Paltrow for wearing fox fur in new ad campaign for Italian designers Tod’s. “Gwyneth Paltrow should be ashamed,” Mark Glover, director of Respect for Animals, said. “I can only assume that Paltrow either is ignorant of the facts or lacks human decency and compassion.” Blogs and gossip sites have expressed surprise as in the past Gwyneth has won praise for her impeccable green credentials, is married to vegetarian Chris Martin and is also good friends Stella McCartney, the animal rights activist who refuses to use fur or leather in her designs.
