Gok Wan makes applicants tidy

Gok's Fashion Fix host Gok Wan has admitted he makes people who apply to work for him tidy his flat.

Gok Wan admitted he makes people who apply to work for him tidy his flat in a new interview with Take It Easy magazine. "You can teach people to sew, set up a fashion shoot, send emails, deal with the media, but what you can't teach is a sense of style," he explains. "You've either got it or you haven't, it's as simple as that." Hmmm. Gok went on to explain how he ended up working in fashion. "I dropped out of my drama course at university after a year and just floated from rubbish job to rubbish job, with no self-esteem and no idea what I wanted to do. I thought I wanted to get into hair and make-up, which I did for a short time, and then I fell in with a stylist by chance and very soon fell in love with everything about the fashion industry."
