George Clooney could face charges for dangerous driving following the motorcycle accident he suffered on Friday.
The Hollywood heart-throb was cruising in New Jersey with his new girlfriend Sarah Larson when the pair took a tumble.
George was treated for a fractured rib and 'road rash' while Sarah suffered two broken toes and cuts.
Now it has emerged that the Syriana star may have attempted to pass a Mazda Millenia that was making a right hand turn from the left lane and could face dangerous driving charges as a result.
Weehawken Police Sergeant Sean Kelly revealed: 'It's a he-said, she-said right now, but you can't pass on the right in Weehawken or anywhere in Jersey.'
George has been romantically linked to Sarah since they were spotted together in June and they made public appearances together at both the Venice and Toronto Film Festivals.
