Supermodel Elle Macpherson has been voted the greatest model ever.

A poll of 3,000 women have voted Elle ‘The Body’ Macpherson as the greatest model ever. Pipped into second place was American Cindy Crawford with the legendary Twiggy in third. "Our research shows women prefer curvier figures like Elle and Cindy,” A spokesman for Debenhams, who commissioned the poll to celebrate London Fashion Week, said. “"Most of the original supermodels feature in the top 10 which illustrates just how iconic their figures are.” Kate Moss came in at number seven and fellow Brit Liz Hurley made it in at number 9.
