Delay for Michael Jackson burial
Michael Jackson’s burial has been delayed.
It has been announced that Michael Jackson's burial has been delayed. It had been previously said that the singer's remains would be finally laid to rest in Los Angeles on 29 August to mark what would have been Michael's 51st birthday. However, the Jackson family's spokesman, Ken Sunshine, has released a statement saying Jackson will now be buried on 3 September in the Forest-Lawn memorial park in Glendale at a private ceremony. No details were given for the reason for the delay.
