Pamela Anderson’s book Star is a novelisation of the former Baywatch Babe’s life. It follows Star Wood-Leigh’s steamy life-story: how a tight t-shirt and a football game led to an appearance in Mann magazine, an accidental audition led to a role on Hammer Time (Home Improvement, anyone?) and a show called Lifeguards, Inc confirms her celebrity status. Sound familiar? The book contains Tommy Lee and Kid Rock-like characters and many a sexual encounter with famous celebrities and complete strangers, leaving the reader wondering where fiction ends and fact begins, but surely if you’re going to write an autobiography you’d just write it?
