Carradine death ruled asphyxiation

Kill Bill star David Carradine did not commit suicide it has been confirmed.

Actor David Carradine died of asphyxiation but did not commit suicide, a medical examiner has revealed. The Kill Bill star was found by a hotel maid at the 5-star Swissotel Nai Lert Park hotel in Bangkok last month, he was said to be naked in a wardrobe with a curtain cord wrapped around his neck and body and it was originally suspected that he’d taken his own life. "The cause of death was asphyxiation, an inability to breathe. Now why that happened is still what we're working on,” Medical examiner Dr Michael Baden told Reuters. "He didn't die of natural causes, and he didn't die of suicidal causes from the nature of the ligatures around the body, so that leaves some kind of accidental death." A full determination of the actor’s cause of death will not be known for at least another week.
