Britney’s family plan intervention

After police and parents were rushed to her house following another drama Britney’s family are planning an intervention.

Monday night was another night, another drama for Britney Spears but her latest run in with police, paparazzi and her parents could have far reaching consequences for the troubled star as it’s claimed Britney’s parents are now planning some sort of intervention, and it could happen this week. Exactly what happened on Monday night still isn’t clear but gossip sites suggest that Britney had a huge row with ‘manager’ Osama Lufti which resulted in him banning her on/off boyfriend Adnan Ghalib from the house, Britney’s mum Lynne and police were called. Now TMZ claims Britney’s parents are to stage some sort of intervention to get her professional help and soon. Their source said, “if it happens, it should happen this week,” as Lynne is currently in town. However, Britney’s problems are believed to be mental rather than substance based and she can’t be involuntarily committed to a hospital meaning she has to go along with any plans for treatment.
