Former Big Brother housemate Sree Dasari has been rushed to hospital after slashing his wrists.

Big Brother 10 housemate Sree was rushed to hospital after slashing his wrists, The Sun report. Insiders say the former housemate became upset after watching an episode of the show. He was discharged from hospital after receiving treatment for cuts and lacerations and was well enough to appear on the evening’s Big Brother’s Big Mouth show. "We are aware of the incident that took place last Thursday evening,” a spokesman for the University of Hertfordshire said. “We are offering ongoing support to Sree as part of our usual student support procedures.” There has been no suggestion of a suicide bid but Channel 4 have confirmed they too are looking after Sree. "Housemates' welfare is of paramount importance. There is a well-established and extensive after-care system in place for all housemates,” a spokesman explained. "Sree continues to be given ongoing support by the production team and regular access to the show's psychologist."
