Spring is predominately about colour, whether you wear it in the form of a bold lip, a soft wash of candy coloured shadow or ’60s-style smoky eyes, the concept is simple: the more colour the better. Skin should be matt and bronzed, with nails adding a fun element to your look. Glitter – especially gold - made a welcome return to the spring/summer catwalk, and although there were moments of bold eyes and bright lips worn together, it was mainly about choosing your statement trend and running with it.
