There are make up artists and then there is Ruby Hammer of the brand Ruby & Millie fame. She was the resident make-up artist on Channel 4\'s, ‘10 Years Younger\', for three series and has worked for many cosmetic houses including Estee Lauder, Clinique and Christian Dior, to name a few. Ruby was recently awarded an MBE for her long standing contribution to the cosmetics industry and we are glad to have her judging our list of products for this year\'s Beauty Awards.

Roja Dove is THE name in the perfume business and the nose of Handbag.com sharing us his most sought after recommendations and secrets and we\'re privileged to have him as our judge for the Beauty Awards this year.
Having decided his path to work for Guerlain, Roja started to bombard its global subsidiaries for information. Eventually to shut this young man up, Robert Guerlain decided that this level of enthusiasm was better harnessed inside the, then family owned, company. He was recruited by Guerlain and started working in training and public relations with a special remit within fragrance, where he began to learn about perfumery. Six years later he was bestowed the title of the world\'s sole "Professeur de Parfums", later becoming Guerlain\'s Global Ambassador - the first non Guerlain family member to be bestowed this honour.
In October 2004 he opened his own perfumery - The Roja Dove Haute Parfumerie which is the world\'s most luxurious, rarefied perfumery.

When we think of facialists the only name that pops to our heads is Vaishaly Patel.
Known as London\'s "eyebrow queen" she has provided skin insights and used her facial skills on the cream of the crop celebrities, including Sophie Dahl and Elle Mcpherson, and we\'re thrilled to have her judge the products for Handbag.com\'s Beauty Awards this year.
"Achieving fabulous, glowing, healthy skin isn\'t nearly as complicated as some in the beauty industry would have women believe," explains Vaishaly. Having opened her flagship store at the age of 30, Vaishaly has been the most sought out beautician in the industry.

Leighton Denny is an award winning Nail Technician and one of handbag.com\'s most adored beauticians.
Leighton saw a void in the nail market, "I saw the likes of Nicky Clarke, who is a household name for hair and shampoos, and I realised there was no leader in the nail industry."
Fast forward a few years, Leighton now has over a hundred Leighton Denny accredited salons in UK alone, he\'s primed the nails of the who\'s who of Tinsletown, including Dita Von Teese and the Beckhams and has successfully launched his own brand.
With such knowledge of the beauty world and such great style, we\'re delighted to have Leighton on our panel of judges for Beauty Awards 2008.
