There are currently whispers going around London town and they all concern one thing: whats going to happen at the Meadham Kirchhoff fashion show on Tuesday 21st February. This design team are now famous not just for their out-of-this-world designs, but also for their theatrical, creative fashion shows which are always an LFW highlight.
Having worked together last season, Meadham Kirchhoff have again partnered with heritage fragrance brand Penhaligons for their Autumn/Winter 2012 show. In order to give the audience a multi-sensory experience, the showspace, collection and models will all be scented with Penhaligons Eau San Pareil, a chypre fragrance with top notes of fruit and white flowers, over a base of sweet woody notes, oakmoss and musk.
However, the Meadham/Penhaligons collaboration is not just an olfactory experience the lucky front row will also be treated to an exclusive Eau San Pareil chocolate, created by Edinburgh chocolatiers The Chocolate Tree. These special chocolates reflect the notes in the fragrance, providing yet another element of sensory stimulation during the show.
The front-row attendees of a fashion show might normally avoid eating chocolate at all costs, but something tells us they might make an exception for one of these Meadham Kirchhoff wonders. After all, calories dont count when they are this stylish, darling.
