Screen Actors Guild Awards

It was all about neutral make-up, buffed to perfection skin and the ‘bun\' at the SAG awards, as we take a look at our favourite hair and make-up looks of the night.

Katie Holmes

Currently treading the boards in New York the actress kept her short bob sleek and shiny and off her face whilst working super-buffed skin in all shades of brown and peach, a wearable look we\'ll all be sporting come spring.

Angelina Jolie

The actress works her trademark black eyeliner together with pale lips and peachy cheeks. Her hair is given some serious volume at the crown and left with great waves and texture whilst secured in a romantic updo.

Anne Hathaway

This textured mid-length bob is a favourite look of our own Kate Moss and was seen on models in the spring summer shows. A smoky eye and defined brows finish this beautiful look for Anne Hathaway.

Freida Pinto

The actress, star of Slumdog Millionaire, Freida Pinto, looked stunning with peachy cheeks and smoky grey and brown eye make-up, while her hair was kept well off her face and secured in a high bun.

Christina Applegate

Star of hit show Samantha Who? Christina Applegate shows us how to do old-school glamour with perfectly coiffed hair and immaculate make-up, finished with hot red lips.

Rosario Dawson

This lady stole the show on the red carpet with seductive tumbling tresses full of curl and bounce, serious lashings of mascara and fire engine red lips.

Kate Winslet

Kate won the award for best supporting actress for her role in The Reader and looked ever the star with her hair tied back in a low messy bun, complete with sweeping fringe, a look that is going to be a big trend this spring/summer.

Amy Adams

We love Amy\'s head of red hair, reds and luxurious browns are going to be all the rage this coming season and Amy works another trend with her hair pulled all off her face in a neat, frizz-free bun.

Evan Rachel Wood

Some may say she is a Dita Von Teese wannabe, but we think Evan has some serious style all of her own and isn\'t afraid to work it. Her luscious locks and smoky eye scream sexy and we\'re loving the look.

Emily Blunt

Neutral make-up was a popular look for many of the actresses on the night and Emily Blunt followed suit, giving the look a little individual twist all of her own with the choice of greeny blue eye shadow.
