Originally ballet-trained, her movie career boasts a major hit-mix of Mission: Impossible II, Crash and The Pursuit of Happyness - not bad for someone who got into acting through a dancing injury.
Her latest movie appearances include Guy Ritchie\'s RocknRolla, and W, where she plays Condoleezza Rice. Whether on screen, gracing the red-carpet or having babies, Thandie is more than just a pretty face.

Dealing with Hollywood\'s outlandish expectations of body image and size doesn\'t seem to fare too hard for our Thandie, as she remains down-to-earth and head-strong about the whole weight issue. "I think the Hollywood size four is a bad thing. I don\'t stick to any diets. I eat when I\'m hungry. Thankfully I have my mother\'s frame and I\'ve always been slim."

Despite her mum being a health worker and her upbringing being "very healthy and nutrition-conscious", she had a brush with bulimia while training as a ballet dancer in her younger years.
