Her beauty did not go unnoticed by the bigwigs in the beauty industry and here she is with Aerin Lauder after Estée Lauder signed her for apparently, $10m to be the face of the fragrance, Pleasures. Here she sports stunning red lips, showing that she wears high glamour just as well as natural beauty. In fact, she has been quoted as saying, "Beauty, to me, is about being comfortable in your own skin. That, or a kick-ass red lipstick." We couldn\'t agree more.

Finally, Gwyneth reinvents her look with this gorgeous blunt cut, mid-length bob that frames her face and accentuates her beautiful bone structure. In a recent interview the actress talked about finally cutting her hair and what an emotional decision it was. She had apparently kept her hair long because she felt she\'d had that hair when her father was alive, and in some way that made her feel closer to him. Finally, she found the courage to just cut it all off, and we have to say, we love it.
