Naturally flawless

It was in 2001 that Penèlope really made everyone sit up and take notice after her performance as the beautiful Pelagia who captures the enemy\'s heart in Captain Corelli\'s Mandolin. Despite the soaring Italian temperatures, Penèlope managed to appear naturally flawless throughout. In 2006 Penèlope became the new spokes-model for L\'Oréal. This year\'s award season has been a busy one for Penèlope and we\'re sure she\'ll be celebrating for many months to come after she picked up three awards of Best Supporting Actress at the Baftas, Golden Globes and Oscars for her role in Vicky Christina Barcelona. When it comes to red carpet-ready make-up, Penèlope always goes for the smoky eyed look to emphasise her large brown eyes.
