Working in the world of beauty and fashion for over 40 years the founders of Le Métier de Beauté were enamoured with a product found in many top make-up artists' kits originally created by an ingenious chemist who took meticulous care, paid extraordinary attention to detail and spared no expense to craft this foundation and many more superior make-up products.
With this revelation in hand the founders created a team of 20 of the most talented chemists from around the world and brought together the best and most innovative ingredients, technologies, manufacturing and packaging to create the Le Métier de Beauté brand, and we are truly excited about the incredible look and feel of the products on our skin.
The line is only going to be available at a mere 500 places around the world which means the manufacturing and therefore exquisite qualities of the products are never lost through mass production. The founders have no plans for global domination like the MAC and Clinique counters across the world. Instead Le Métier de Beauté is quickly going to become the brand of beauty know-alls, developing devoted fans.
Our favourite products so far are the Blonzer - a revolutionary cross between a blush and bronzer that suits those with fair complexions who want a light golden glow without looking orange. The Classic Flawless Finish Concealer has a hydrating crème-to-powder formula and conceals and blends flawlessly to create the perfect complexion, and quite frankly, this product is more than a spot concealer, it's also great worked over the T-zone for A-list style skin.
Watch out for the products in the sleek chrome packaging rather than the cool black as these are considered the superstar products of the range and waiting lists have been known to happen... you were warned.
