After a reported 10 plastic surgery operations in 24 hours - think brow lift, chin reduction, Botox, cheek plumping and more - we are starting to think Heidi Montag's rapid rise to reality TV fame and marriage to Mr Nasty Spencer Pratt has left the young starlet feeling insecure and image obsessed. People magazine reported that she first went under the knife four years ago - yes, she would have been aged 19 - and apparently she hasn't ruled out more surgery.
