When Sarah was just four years old she was discovered by an agent in a New York restaurant. She went on to audition for a part in An Invasion of Privacy but, despite winning an Emmy for her role in All My Children in 1995,  it wasn't until the release of I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997 that she really made people sit up and take notice. She has since appeared in so many horror films such as Scream 2 and The Grudge that she has become known as a ‘Scream Queen'. She takes her reputation with a pinch of salt though, saying:

"I'm always the one who gets killed. And I want it to be really gory. Body parts all over the place. Mangled!" Lovely!
