Naomi Campbell's protege Emma Holmes won The Face UK last night, landing herself a massive Christmas ad campaign with Max Factor. So here it is!
Not ones to delay - hell with Naomi in charge, you wouldn't hang about would you? - Max Factor has revealed Emma as the face of the new False Lash Effect mascara campaign.
Love the look? Here's how make-up artist Caroline Barnes created it...
STEP 1: Apply the Max Factor Wild Shadow Pot in Pale Pebble, sweeping it over the entire eye lid. Then blend in the Burnt Bark shade to create definition. Smudge it into the outer corners of your eye, as well as underneath to create a very soft, smoky eye.
STEP 2: Use Max Factor Xpert Liner in Black and dot the liner with the tip of the wand at the base of your lashes. This gives the effect of thick defined lashes without having a heavy line.
STEP 3: The key to this look is lashings of mascara - apply False Lash Effect Mascara to top and bottom lashes. Apply two coats before the first one dries.
STEP 4: Emphasise your cheekbones and give your face a delicate contour by applying Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in Soft Murano. Place on top of your cheekbones and sweep towards your hairline. For a softer feel, use Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in Soft Pink.
STEP 5: Lastly enhance and define your brows with Max Factor Eyebrow Pencil in the shade Hazel, and apply Lipfinity in Glazed across the lips – start from the cupids bow and work outwards to create a defined shape.
STEP 6: Finish the look with a beautiful rich blue on nails - on Emma we used Glossfinity Nail Polish in Cobalt Blue.
