Hands up if you love Tina Fey? Of course. So it's no surprise that Garnier has asked the comedy writer, Mean Girls creator and star of 30 Rock to front their entire skincare range.
Continuing the trend for more positive and relevant beauty role models - 68 year-old British actress Charlotte Rampling is the new face of Nars, Jessica Lange, 64, the new face of Marc Jacobs beauty, while Lupita Nyong'o recently became the first African woman to front Lancome - Tina replaces actress and model Bridget Moynahan, who has fronted Garnier since 2009.
"Tina's personality, beauty, and approachability resonate with our consumer and we are thrilled to keep her in the Garnier family," say the big bosses at the brand.
So what do you think? Will Tina help to bring a much needed freshness to the beauty industry?
With quotes like this running through her book Bossypants, we'd like to think so.
"If you retain nothing else, always remember the most important rule of beauty, which is: who cares?"
