Both Kate Moss and Millie Mackintosh opted for a faux glow for Glastonbury this year, heading to sunless tanning specialists St. Tropez for a piece of their expert treatment menu.
So, since we want some of the glow action for ourselves, we caught up with Tanning and Skin Finishing Expert Jules Heptonstall, the wonder woman behind Mille's golden glow, to find out how she achieved the festival look.
"To get a subtle sunkissed look, I applied one generous coat of St. Tropez Bronzing Mousse to Millie's body to lift the complexion and give her a gentle glow.
"On the face, as any girl will know, taking make up off at the end of the night and reapplying the next day can make your tan fade quicker, so I applied two coats of the bronzing mist to give added durability.
Jules also went on to explain that tanning can help conceal that 'morning-after-the-night-before' feeling: "Tanned skin not only lifts the complexion but it will also disguise any signs of fatigue – a touch of tan will make you look radiant on the outside, even if it's a slightly different feeling on the inside!"
We're sold. You? Will you be turning to the tan for your festival look this year?
St. Tropez salon treatments start at £25; head to their website to find a salon near you.
