Ready to start marking up?
Before you reach for the tweezers, you'll need an eyebrow pencil or liner to dot your markers, a mirror and a thin makeup brush or stick.
Where should the perfect eyebrow start?
Using your makeup brush or stick, measure a straight line from the corner of your nose, through the inner corner of your eye and into the eyebrow. That's point A, and where your eyebrow should begin.
Where should the perfect brow arch be?
The arch is always most flattering when above the centre of your eye. Look straight ahead in the mirror, and using your stick again, measure a straight line from the corner of your nose, through the centre of your pupil, and into the brow. That's point B, and should be the highest part of your arch.
Where should the perfect eyebrow end?
To find where your eyebrow should end, measure a straight line again from the corner of your nose, through the outer corner of your eye, and into the brow. That's point C, and where your eyebrow should ideally end.

- Makeup artists have a saying - eyebrows are sisters not twins. Meaning that if your brows aren't identical, that's normal. As long as they're a similar shape, and begin/end in the right place, you're good to go.
- Only pluck hairs from above your brow if the shape really needs it. There's a risk you'll bring your brow shape too low, which always looks odd.
- Grooming unruly brows makes a massive difference to your whole face. Brush them all up using a brow comb, then brush them back into shape again using a clear gel, or balm to hold in place.
- When filling in your eyebrows, less is more. Start applying lightly and build the colour or shape slowly.
