With the sun finally out, it's time to plan your summer holiday, and more importantly, your holiday beauty essentials.
But in the excitement on planning what bright lipstick to take or what summer nail colour to go for, we often forget one important thing.
And that's that pesky 100ml airport security rule. In fact it's estimated that British women see a combined £11.5 million worth of beauty products a year confiscated at the airport because of it.
So before you start contributing to those millions, here are the rules ladies; Liquids and gels must all come in individual containers that are 100ml (3.4 ounces) or less, and you're only supposed to fill one of those plastic bags.
Lipstick, powders and solid balms are happily exempt from the rules, though we'd advise you don't go overboard. And of course, no aerosols, tweezers, safety pins, nail scissors etc.
