Forget creams and potions that claim to work magic on your legs, if your beauty budget is a bit, well, budget try making this easy body scrub.

All those fancy cellulite creams have one key ingredient - caffeine. The caffeine in coffee enhances fat metabolism so when it's applied to the skin it absorbs liquids and fats like a sponge. The result? Increased firmness and a decreased appearance of cellulite.

Organic anti-cellulite scrub ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil (You can use almond and coconut oil instead of olive oil, they all work)
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon peppermint oil or pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup coffee grounds (organic and fair-trade is recommended)

How to make your organic anti-cellulite scrub

Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1 cup of brown sugar in a large mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients together for about 1 minute. Add a teaspoon of oil/extract and 1/2 cup of coffee grounds into the bowl and mix the ingredients together. Store the scrub in an airtight container or glass jar. The scrub will keep for about 1 month. Try to store the scrub in a glass container - your plastic one is likely to stain.

How to use your organic anti-cellulite scrub

Use the scrub in the shower - it can be messy.
Apply to wet skin and rub the scrub in circular motions.
Concentrate on problem areas, such as your thighs or bottom.
