With interior designer Kelly Hoppen joining the fierce line-up on Dragons Den, the spotlight is officially back on curly hair.
Or more to the point, how to manage your unruly curls so they look less 'crazy lady' and more 'chic business woman'.
So to find out how Kelly does it, we've gone right to the source of her curl power and asked her very own hairdresser Magda Jagri at 10500 Hair Salon in Notting Hill.
"My hair is an important part of me and my image. My curls are my signature and Magda is the best," Kelly has said. "She just knows how to work with thick curly hair and I love that she uses organic products."
So what's Magda's secret? Light-weight moisture and the legend that is Kevin Murphy apparently.
"Kelly has an amazing amount of unruly hair and it takes carefully applied moisturisers and styling products to tame it all," says Magda. "We've worked out the best way to keep her hair soft and shiny between appointments so it looks great whether she's appearing on TV or travelling around the world.
"The Kevin Murphy range is popular with all our clients, because the products condition without adding weight to the hair."
So Kevin Murphy it is! What do you think? Have you tried it on your curls yet?
