Cougar town star Busy Phillips on being pregnant

Busy Philipps has announced that she is expecting her second baby with her screenwriter husband Marc Silverstein.
The 33 year old actress shared the news on twitter by posting a snap of her positive pregnancy test.

The couple already have a four year old daughter named Birdie Leigh.

The Cougar Town star normally keeps a close eye on her weight but has said that pregnancy has made her relax her approach to her body.

During an appearance on Good Morning America she explained;

''Yes, I'm having a baby,' Busy said on the talk show. 'I think it's so hard as a woman to give yourself a break.

'It's great to be healthy but you have to set a good example for your kids and know that it's not about a number on a scale but how you feel.'

Busy gained 75lbs during her last pregnancy but managed to lose her baby weight within a year.

'I breastfed for 14 months which helped. The first 20lbs came off fairly easily and after that I went to the gym twice a week and did plenty of walking. It was hard, but thank God for spanx.'
