Fizzy drinks are high in sugar and often contain lots of artificial colours and flavours. Cola and energy drinks are also very high in caffeine.
Try swapping a can of fizz for a fruit juice or tasty smoothie.
A smoothie made with banana, berries and yoghurt will provide you and your baby with plenty of vitamins and give you a healthy energy boost. But remember that fruit juices can be high in natural sugars, so it's a good idea to not drink too much.
