Prince William has reportedly arranged for Kate Middleton's parents to have their very own flat attached to Kensington Palace.
Hoping to allow Kate a little more support while raising new baby Prince George, William is thought to be having a 'granny flat' of sorts built into their Royal abode.
As a part of the £1 million renovation currently happening at the Duke and Duchess' Palace apartment, Kate's parents are reportedly being given a suite comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room and a dining area, so that mum Carole can stay over at a moments notice.
Having already been extremely hands-on with helping Kate look after her new baby, it's thought Carole will continue to be involved despite the Royal couple confirming that they'll be recruiting a nanny.
What do you think of the wild departure from Royal tradition? Glad to see Kate and William are doing things their own way?
