Most varieties of crisps are deep-fried in oil and are typically very high in salt and saturated fat.

Due to their low nutritional value, addictive artificial tastes, and empty calories, crisps certainly won't benefit you or your bump.

Try swapping a packet of crisps for a handful of unsalted popcorn.

Popcorn contains fibre and is 100% whole grain. Whole grains are rich in complex carbohydrates, and are low in fat meaning that not only is popcorn nutritious but it'll keep you feeling satisfied and full of energy.
